These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wewin ("wewin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wewin.today. • You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of wewin, or an immediate family member of any such person.

wewin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and identity may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

To access the full range of wewin services, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wewin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. wewin employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wewin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your wewin account.
• You must notify wewin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• wewin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on the wewin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wewin supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the wewin account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. wewin does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which wewin bears no responsibility.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. wewin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel and are subject to the operating hours and processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• wewin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited into your wewin account do not accrue interest.
• wewin is not a bank and your account balance is not a deposit in the banking sense.

wewin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.

By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion offered by wewin, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer. wewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, wewin's decision shall be final.

wewin reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All games available on the wewin platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

wewin uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. wewin does not manipulate game outcomes in its favor beyond the published house edge applicable to each game.

• All bets placed on the wewin platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, wewin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• wewin reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.
• Players must not use any software, device, or method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wewin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one account on the wewin platform.
2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
5. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any wewin software or system.
6. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
7. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
8. Engaging in any form of cheating, including exploiting software bugs or glitches.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing wewin staff or other players.
10. Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wewin platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wewin content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on wewin content.
• Use any wewin trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the wewin platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of wewin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by wewin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wewin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wewin platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results or account balances caused by technical faults.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

wewin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wewin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wewin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at wewin.today/privacy-policy. By using the wewin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wewin implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and wewin cannot guarantee absolute security.

wewin may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law, including in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.

wewin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wewin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered to your account. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Your continued use of the wewin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to wewin.

You may request closure of your wewin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you following completion of the standard withdrawal process.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and wewin, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting wewin's customer support team. wewin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
